I offer face-to-face sessions at Wilbury Clinic located in central Hove. The address is 109 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2AF. Please see below for the link to my profile on the Wilbury Clinic website. I also offer sessions by Zoom. Therapy by video link can be just as effective as in-person - even more so for some clients. For many people it provides a safe and convenient alternative to in-sessions. It allows me to offer you regular therapeutic support wherever you live - UK or overseas. It is particularly useful for those who travel a lot.
